Services Provided

CleanTex provides professional residential cleaning services in Houston and Austin, Texas, including but not limited to:

• Standard cleaning services (routine maintenance cleaning)
• Deep cleaning services (comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning)
• Move-in/move-out cleaning services
• Recurring cleaning plans (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service offerings at any time without prior notice. Commercial cleaning services may be added in the future and will be subject to separate terms where applicable.

Booking & Appointments

By submitting a quote request or booking a cleaning service through our website or by phone, you agree to the following:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CleanTex
• You will receive a booking confirmation via SMS and/or email upon scheduling
• You or an authorized adult (18+) must be present or provide access to the property at the scheduled time, unless otherwise arranged
• You agree to provide accurate information regarding your property size, condition, and any special requirements
• CleanTex reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided in US Dollars and is subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on home size, condition, and specific service requirements. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to pay the quoted price for services rendered.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
• Less than 24 hours notice: Full service charge may apply
• No-show / lockout: Full service charge applies if our team cannot access the property

CleanTex reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

CleanTex uses SMS text messaging powered by Twilio to send appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and promotional messages. By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our web form or booking system, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from CleanTex.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may book and receive services without consenting to SMS marketing messages. Transactional messages (booking confirmations and service reminders) may still be sent if you have provided your phone number for service-related purposes.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable state and federal regulations governing commercial text messaging. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Satisfaction Guarantee

CleanTex is committed to delivering a higher standard of clean. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will make arrangements to return and re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to conditions that were not accessible, disclosed, or were outside the scope of the originally booked service.

Property Access & Security

• You agree to provide safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time
• Any access codes, keys, or garage codes provided to CleanTex will be kept strictly confidential and used only for service purposes
• CleanTex staff are background-checked and trained professionals
• You agree to secure or remove valuables, fragile items, or irreplaceable objects prior to our arrival
• CleanTex is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces, fixtures, or items

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Texas law, CleanTex's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

CleanTex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of property value, loss of income, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Provide false or misleading information when booking services
• Engage in any unlawful activity on or related to our services
• Harass, threaten, or harm CleanTex staff or representatives
• Attempt to circumvent payment for services rendered
• Use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

Independent Contractor Relationship

CleanTex operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and CleanTex. Our cleaning professionals are not your employees, and CleanTex is responsible for all employment-related obligations to its staff.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County or Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact CleanTex in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing us at info@cleantex.co.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CleanTex and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

Changes to These Terms

CleanTex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
